Frank Green is a professional artist who, in 1970, took on the job of recording the vanishing face of his home city, as many of the traditional terraced streets were demolished and city centre redevelopment gathered pace. He will talk about his training at Liverpool College of Art in the 1960s, the influence of other artists, the different media he uses, and how he set about earning a living as an artist. He will also bring along a selection of items for sale, including prints, Christmas cards, mugs and signed copies of his bilingual book 'Liverpool and the Welsh Builders'.
