THE LOCK-UP. We'll be opening the building - on Sunday 11th September (ONLY) from 12noon till 4pm - for the 23rd year in succession. Our usual sales/information table will be outside and our full-colour Wavertree Calendar for 2017 will be on sale.

ST MARY'S CHURCH, South Drive. Open on the 11th (only), 1pm-4pm.

THE LAMB, High Street. Open on the 11th, 11am-3pm, with children's activity leaflets and a Picton Clock drawing competition. There will also be a charity Teddy Bears Picnic (admission charge payable) on the 10th, 12noon-3pm.

CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, Hunters Lane. Open on the 10th AND 11th, 12noon-4pm. There will be an updated 'Wedding dresses through the 20th & 21st centuries' display. Refreshments available.

HOLY TRINITY CHURCH. Open on the 11th (only), 1pm-4pm. Access will be available, this year, to over 10,000 churchyard records.

BLUE COAT SCHOOL, Church Road. Open on the 10th AND 11th, 11am-4pm. Tours of the Board Room and Chapel will be available. Also refreshments.

ST BARNABAS CHURCH, Penny Lane. Open on the 10th, 2-5pm, and the 11th, 12noon-5pm. Family Fun event and bell-tower tours on the Saturday, and a guided walk through Wavertree on the Sunday (2pm start).

DOVEDALE BAPTIST CHURCH, Dovedale Road. Open on the 10th, 10am-4pm, and the 11th, 10.30am-4pm. An art nouveau gem - not to be missed! Local history photos on display. Refreshments available.

ROYAL SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND, Church Road North. Open on Saturday 10th (ONLY), 11am-1pm. Archives on display.

BETHEL CHAPEL, Auckland Road, will not be participating this year but may do so in 2017.
