As announced in our September Newsletter, the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Wavertree Society will be held on Sunday 20th October in the Olive Mount Community Centre, Edgewell Drive, Liverpool L15 8GG. The starting time is, as usual, 2pm. The annual reports will be presented and a Committee will be elected for the coming year. If you are interested in being nominated as a Committee member, please let us know - or ask any existing member for information about what's involved. If you have any suggestions for future speakers or visits, please bring your ideas along; we are always on the lookout for new ideas.

This year, we anticipate a particularly lively discussion, owing to the establishment of the LOVE WAVERTREE campaign. Ian and colleagues from @LoveWavertree will be in attendance, and will be giving us a presentation on the progress of the campaign. Please come and listen, ask questions, tell us what you think, and discuss what should be happening in future.
