GUIDANCE ON TAKING PART IN THE LOCAL PLAN
POST-CONSULTATION SURVEY (continued)


Below is an extract from the map of sites on Page 49 of the document
LCC Physical Assets Local Plan Reg 18 Response Call for Sites Complete.pdf


There are, in Wavertree Ward, two Green Space sites identified by the City Council's
Physical Assets Department as potentially suitable for Housing development. These are:

Sandown Park Playing Field (Map Ref 22) and

Olive Mount Playing Field (Map Ref 2)

The table on page 17 of the document (see previous page
) indicates that the Physical Assets Department consider that, if developed for housing, the Sandown Park site (3.023 hectares) could accommodate 91 units, and the Olive Mount site (5.013 hectares) could accomodate 150 units.
