NEWS FROM THE WAVERTREE SOCIETY (Oct.2019):
	Announcing Our Wavertree Calendar for 2020
		The 2020 Calendar is available, price £4.50, to personal callers at the Prince Alfred pub (77 Wavertree High Street) and Papa's Café Bistro (270 Picton Road)
		It is also available at Wavertree Society events - including the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 20th October For other local options, or to order the Calendar online, please visit our special Calendar Sales web page. Desmond Ross has also allowed us to use his artwork to produce a set of four coasters depicting Old Wavertree Cinemas. The Society will be participating in the Merseyside Heritage & Culture Day in Liverpool Central Library on Saturday 26th October, and we feel certain that both the calendar and coasters will prove popular with visitors. The price of the coasters is £1.25 each, or £4 for the set.
